Thank you for choosing Rovoson. We are committed to providing transparent, secure, and reliable shipping services to our customers in the United States. Below are the comprehensive terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Cost & Destination
- Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across our website. There are no hidden fees, minimum purchase requirements, or handling surcharges at checkout.
- Target Market & Currency: We exclusively serve customers within the United States. All transactions and prices are strictly handled in United States Dollars (USD).
- Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories outside the mainland at this time.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
Our delivery timeline is clearly split into two parts: Order Handling Time and Transit (Shipping) Time.
- Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Transit Time: 7 – 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 16 Business Days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your shipment directly via our website tracking page or through the official carrier website.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@rovoson.com. We will coordinate with the courier to issue a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
