Return & Refund Policy

At Rovoson, client satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to feel entirely secure with your purchase, which is why we offer a clear, customer-friendly return and refund procedure.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be kept in its original retail packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns)

Free Returns: Return shipping is entirely Free of Charge for all eligible returns. Rovoson does not charge any restocking fees, processing fees, or return shipping fees. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

3. Return Initiation Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at support@rovoson.com within 30 days of delivery. State your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with specific instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original box and attach the pre-paid label to the outside.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return package is delivered back to our facility, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeframe: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions or credit card issuers may take additional days to post the transaction to your account balance.
